I'm not sure when this was made or who made it, but today was the first chance I had to get some close-up photos of it. Complete with a falcon on the roof.
Great history. Build by an MBA class in the 90s and was stored in the basement of W.E.B. until fall 2013 when the library had the idea to put the lego library into the Homecoming Parade. At the time I was running the parade for UPC (The University Programing Council) and the librarians asked us to help them get the library ready to be structurally stable. I have pictures from before we fixed it.
Not sure why I didn't notice your comment before. I have heard that those MBA classes made some other Lego projects too. Probably scattered around campus if they are even still in existance.
